Trade association contacts and activities between competitors can serve a host of pro-competitive goals, but European and national antitrust rules prohibit certain types of conduct between competitors. It is essential that trade associations be aware of these rules and exercise diligence in observing them.

This seminar will cover:

  • examples of infringements – and how to avoid them
  • new case law on facilitators
  • update on membership restrictions
  • competition compliance tips
