Mr Boris Andrejas, Case Handler in the "Antitrust: Pharma and Health Services" Unit in DG COMP at the European Commission, will give an update on the latest policy developments in Pharma as well as the current enforcement trends.

Boris Andrejaš joined Antitrust in pharma and health services unit of DG COMP in 2015. He previously co-headed the antitrust practice team at Babić & Partners, Zagreb. After graduating from the University of Zagreb Law School, he earned his LL.M. from the Central European University in Budapest and Asser Institute in the Hague.
