During this live debate, we will discuss:

• the ways in which authorities are responding to challenges faced by businesses having to engage in industry collaboration in order to ensure security of supplies of essential products and services and mitigate the risk of business failure;
• the European Commission’s temporary framework for state aid to enable Governments to provide emergency support for Europe’s businesses and economies; and
• the impact of the crisis on global deal timelines as the authorities adjust to new ways of working.

The discussion will be moderated by Jenn Mellott from our Brussels and Washington, DC offices, who will be joined by Michele Davis and Martin McElwee in London, Sascha Schubert in Brussels and Justin Stewart-Teitelbaum in Washington, DC.
