State aid are a concrete example of an initiative undertaken by Juncker’s Commission to help supporting investment and facilitating the financing of the economy. As of 1 July 2016 the new transparency requirements for state aid entered into force and became mandatory

Rodrigo Peduzzi will tell us more about the implementation of these new State aid rules.

Case handler DG Competition Unit A3 | European Commission

Rodrigo Peduzzi is a case handler in the State aid strategy Unit of DG Competition. He is primarily in charge of coordinating ex post evaluation within State aid control and supports other horizontal initiatives related to the implementation of the State aid modernisation. He joined the European Commission in 2010, initially dealing with competitiveness policies and better regulation.

This event is held under the Chatham House Rule.
