With the Slovakia becoming the next incumbent in the Presidency cycle we are delighted to welcome Matej Hudec to discuss the priorities of the Slovak Presidency in Agricultural Policy.

After providing a short key note speech Mr Hudec will take part in a moderated Q&A session.

| Slovak Permanent Representation to the EU

Matej Hudec is Head of the Agricultural Policy section at the Permanent Representation of the Slovak Republic to the European Union. Prior to this current role in the Slovak Perm Rep Mr Hudec also worked as the Third Secretary in the Diplomatic Service. Mr Hudec has worked in a number of roles in the agricultural field having been a Researcher and then Founder and President of Erasmus Student Network at Foreign Office at the Slovak University of Agriculture. Mr Hudec also spend a number of years as the State Counsellor for Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic.

This event is held under the Chatham House Rule.
