Sabina Magnano

Sabina Magnano is the current Head of Unit of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) at the European Parliament, and has been since 2014. Prior to this, she has held a number of positions within the European Parliament, as the Head of Unit for the EMPL Committee from 2012 to 2014, Head of Unit for the FEMM Committee from 2009 to 2012, and Head of Secretariat for the Temporary Committee on Climate Change. Between 2000 and 2007, Sabina Magnano was working as an administrator in the ENVI Committee, and from 1997 to 2000, as an administrator in the Legislative Coordination Service at the European Parliament. Sabina Magnano graduated in Political Sciences from the Università di Catania, and holds a Master of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges.
